Jessica L. Defino
Jessica Defino graduated from the John Marshall Law School in June 2016 and was admitted to the Illinois Bar in November 2016. Throughout law school, Jessica worked at Mirabella, Kincaid, Frederick & Mirabella as a law clerk, focusing on family law and employment law. In her last year of law school, Jessica was an extern with presiding Judge Pamela Loza in the Cook County Domestic Relations Parentage Division. During her time in law school, Jessica maintained herself on the Dean's List. She graduated from the University of Iowa with honors in 2013, earning a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Communications and a double minor in Spanish and Human Rights. During her time at the University of Iowa, Jessica was a co-founder of the Students for Human Rights group.
Jessica is an active member of the Justinian Society of Lawyers, the DuPage County Bar Association, the Kane County Bar Association, and the Illinois State Bar Association. Jessica represents her clients in all areas of Domestic Relations law and also represents clients in the areas of employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliatory discharge, and wrongful termination.
