David H. Weiss
David H. Weiss joined Mirabella, Kincaid, Frederick & Mirabella, LLC, as an associate attorney in 2016. David is a 2010 graduate of Northeastern Illinois University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in English, magna cum laude. In 2014 David graduated the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, IL. He was admitted to the Illinois bar in November of 2014.
While in law school David developed an interest in family law, veterans' benefits law, and criminal law. As a student David was a judicial extern in the Domestic Relations Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County. David also worked for the Veterans Legal Support Center and Clinic, the Office of the Cook County Public Defender, and the Cook County Domestic Violence Legal Clinic. In 2012 David put law school on hold to serve in Afghanistan where he volunteered at the Camp Leatherneck legal assistance office during his off-duty time.
After being admitted into practice, David established his own law firm where he focused on criminal law and family law. David has a passion for veterans' issues such as disability benefits and military discharge upgrades. David is a Veterans Administration accredited attorney and has taught CLE on assisting veterans obtain disability benefits through the VA.
